5. 特别声明。此外，我司未授权和许可任何第三方以任何方式使用我司投资方（即联想集团所属企业）的商标和商号（包括但可能不限于“联想”、“Lenovo”），任何将联想集团所属企业的商标和商号单独使用或与我司商标和商号结合使用从事上述任何行为的，均涉嫌侵犯我司及联想集团所属企业的商标权等知识产权及构成不正当竞争，我司及联想集团所属企业将有权追究侵权方的行政、民事和刑事法律责任。

(“Lecoo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) has recently become aware that products bearing our “Lecoo” trademark, as well as websites utilizing domain names containing our trademark, are being offered in markets outside Mainland China. To clarify the facts, prevent confusion and misrepresentation, and to protect our brand reputation and the interests of consumers, we hereby issue the following statement:
1. Sales Territory Restriction:
Lecoo-branded products are intended for sale and use exclusively within Mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan). Lecoo has never authorized any individual or entity to offer, sell, or distribute Lecoo-branded products in any overseas market (including Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, or any other country or region). Any such products found in overseas markets are neither manufactured nor authorized by Lecoo, nor are they officially exported, sold, or otherwise provided by us.
2. No Warranty or Support Services:
Lecoo provides no warranty, after-sales support, or service for any products bearing the “Lecoo” trademark that are offered in overseas markets. 4. Infringement Warning:
